Jiangsu Gian Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional MIM solution provider, which was established in 2004. It could produce a large quantity of metal structural, functional and cosmetic parts in high precision, complex shape, good performance and delicate appearance. Besides, Gian is capable to develop ceramic and titanium alloy, to satisfy different customers’ demand. Gian made heavy investment in furnaces, now Gian has both Japanese Shimazu vacuum furnace and German continual sintering furnaces. Gian equips with professional technical and marketing team, devoting to providing good solutions and high-class service for customers.

The new project is located in zhonglou economic development zone, east of Guihua Road and south of palm Road,The project covers about 70 acres and total construction area is 61,816 square meters. First stage construction area is 45,646 square meters. The project uses more than 600 sets of machines, includes existing equipment, and newly added kneading machines, continual sintering furnaces and other production equipment. Gian keeps engaging in high intensity powder metallurgy, precise parts manufacturing and to expand production capacity. On March 18, 2016, GIAN moved to new plant. We always believe that GIAN will develop faster and further with the support of above assets.

Gian establishes CNC department and automation department in 2016, they not only serve our own MIM production, but also take orders independently. CNC and automation department equipped with 150 sets of CNC machines, and the majority of device is FANUC. We will send professional programmer and relevant team to provide CNC processing for customers. Meanwhile, our automation department also develops several of automatic displaying, restriking, transferring, inspecting and packing equipments. Gian also offers customized automatic device service.

Gian (Dongguan)Technology and Development Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Gian, which started up in 2016. Gian (Dongguan) especially provides the R&D of vacuum ion plating film device and other service, including vacuum coating, precise parts manufacturing. Handling with decorations and lectro-optical equipment is one of our services. Gian (Dongguan) also sell mechanical equipment, electronic products, metal or plastic and some metal targets.

Gian(Dongguan)is committed to provide PVD vacuum coating in a good performance and delicate appearance. It has strong manufacturing and dealing capacity in the aspect of metal surface processing. Business includes MIM process, PVD, vacuum coating, laser, welding, sandblasting, wire drawing, anti-fingerprint treatment, surface grinding, and so on. Related materials include ferrous and stainless steel structures.
Changzhou Boyan Technology Co.,Ltd established in 2014,a subsidiary of Jiangsu Gian. Its business focuses on assembly,blasting,spot welding,tapping,laser and surface grinding, test for gas-tightness and so on. It can independently undertakes business to outside basis on providing product post process for Gian.

In recent years, For further exploring potential markets and customers in America, Korea and others, Gian has established offices in US and arranged salespeople there. Gian cooperates with marketing agencies in Korea, actively seeking for oversea market and laying good foundation for further deepening overseas market.
