Jinhua Yuchen Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. established in July 2004, is a private manufacturing enterprise integrating modern production, product R&D and scientific management. The company was committed to production of high-and middle-grade powder metallurgy injection molding parts formerly.
The main powder metallurgical product series newly planned cover: automobile VVT&VCT sprocket wheel series, synchronizer-hub part series, pump part series, agricultural machinery gear series, and air-conditioning or freezer compressor part series. The company has formed an annual production of over 2,500 tons of various iron-based powder metallurgical structural parts and achieved the output value of RMB 70 million.
The company has a production area of over 2,000 square meters, about 15 professional technicians and more than 10 sets of large and middle-sized special powder metallurgy production equipment, in which powder metallurgical presses have the tonnage from 100T to 500T; there are two dedicated sintering production lines (high-temperature push-rod sintering furnace), and a complete set of special inspection equipment for powder metallurgy.
